2 Easy Exercises for Your Shoulder Pain

Your shoulder pain could be a result of…

  1. Everyday movements like reaching into the backseat or lifting something overhead (Like Dr. N went over in his video last week).

  2. Working at the computer all day with your head forward and your shoulders are rounded. Before you know it, you've been like this for 2 or 3 hours and THAT puts your shoulder in a terrible position…especially if you then go do something overhead or performance related.

  3. OR You just have some tightness from stress, tension or a heavy chest workout at the gym.
