work with a fellow athlete

All of our PTs are competitive athletes themselves, so they understand what you’re going through and will create a sport-specific program to maximize recovery and performance.

Our goal is to keep your athlete moving and playing as much as possible.

Get back out there

Everything we did with your athlete in PT prepared them to get back to doing what they love with confidence.

Watch your athlete return to their sport stronger than you’ve ever seen them in body, mind and spirit. They’re ready to play hard and now have tools to prevent future injury.

There are 3 problems keeping your athlete from their full potential…

Problem #1 - No Action

You can tell your athlete’s dealing with pain or injury, but you’re not sure what to do. You don’t want them to fall behind or lose playing time, but you can see they’re struggling physically and mentally. They have so much talent and potential, but none of that matters if they can’t play. That’s where we come in. We all know that young people listen better when it’s not coming from mom and dad, so if things don’t improve after a few days, it’s time to bring them in.

Problem #2 - No time

Between multiple sports and club teams, there’s no way we can slow down for PT.  Unfortunately, neglecting injuries can lead to even bigger issues. Playing in pain can also erode your student's mental game and confidence, leaving them in the vulnerable spot of playing scared.

Problem #3 - tough it out

No pain, no gain right? Wrong. The best athletes have a medical team supporting them for the long game. The pressure on your athletes to perform is great. Many will push through for the same reason adults do - they don’t want to look weak, let their team down, or disappoint YOU. Giving your athlete permission (or sometimes insisting) they get medical intervention is a gift they’ll thank you for later.

Physical therapy has made me feel better about myself and made me feel like I can overcome any obstacle. I never expected my knee to feel so much better so quickly.— carly, soccer player

When It’s More Than a Minor Setback

If your athlete has experienced a major injury like a torn ACL, fracture, or dislocation, they need immediate PT to ensure a safe and strong recovery.
