Obstacles don’t have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don’t turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.
— Michael Jordan

Richard is used to calling the shots, but this referee found himself sitting on the sidelines after knee surgery. Instead of just waiting to get better, he took the initiative to make sure he could get back out on the court and field. Although it hasn't always been easy, Richard has consistently shown up and proved that when you put in the hard work, you make things happen.

-Dr. Marnie Wortman, DPT
