After successfully recovering from multiple injuries with the help of PT, Brendan (owner of Cycle Craft) conducted an in-depth interview with Dr. Mayes (PT & Owner of Iron Physical Therapy) to dig into every aspect of ensuring a successful journey to ‘Get Better. Be Better.” with physical therapy.

Whether it was rehabbing from surgery, doing preventative maintenance as an athlete or recovering from an accident, Brendan found that having a good PT made what felt impossible at first to be achievable by getting the tools and guidance to succeed.
