Iron Physical Therapy at Montclair Bread 5k Doughnut Run

This is the first year that the Montclair Bread Company had their 5k Doughnut Run in warm weather at Branchbrook Park, New Jersey. At every mile, runners received Ronnybrook Chocolate Milk, Cold Brewed Stumptown Coffee and, of course, MBCo's doughnuts. The family event gleaned residents from all over New Jersey, including our very own Doctors of Physical Therapy (pictured below)!

When they weren't running or using the Normatec Recovery Boots, the DPTs treated participants with post-run stretching and some Active Release Technique! Congrats finishers and sponsors for raising funds for The Covenant House, New Jersey while having fun.
